Bookmark your list on your home computer, work computer and, most importantly, on your mobile's browser. (Hint, your list is at 14k4.com/yourlistname.)
While at home, at the office or on the road, whenever you think of something you must not forget to pick up: add it to your list.
When you are at the supermarket, check your list on your mobile. Click the items as you put them in your basket and click 'Submit' when you're done.
